All sales are final, each product is custom printed after being ordered and will not be refunded.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be fully refunded or replaced. In the case of a defective item please email Returns@JackalopesBest.com with your order number and a photograph of the item. In the case of a failure of delivery email Deliveries@JackalopesBest.com with your order number.
